Quality of Repairs
All repairs completed by Hall Auto Body Shop are guaranteed to meet industry standards, as outlined in your estimate or repair order. When your vehicle is returned, it should be in like-new condition, just as it was before the accident.
Parts Guarantee
Parts used in your repair are covered by warranties from the manufacturer and/or supplier. These warranties may have time or mileage limitations, which we’ll be happy to explain based on the parts used in your specific repair.
Paint Guarantee
Our paint workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. If there's ever an issue with the paint caused by a manufacturer defect, the paint manufacturer will be responsible for resolving it. Either way, we're here to help guide you through any concerns.
